You must be at least 16 years old to use Receeve. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Receeve lets you scan receipts using your device camera, automatically extracts details using AI, and helps you track spending and return deadlines. It's a personal organisation tool — it is not a substitute for keeping your original receipts where a retailer requires them, and it does not guarantee the accuracy of any return window, refund policy, or deadline shown in the app.
AI-extracted data (store, amount, date, category, return window) may occasionally be incorrect. You are responsible for verifying anything important — particularly return deadlines — against the original receipt or directly with the retailer. Receeve is not liable for missed returns, refunds, or any financial loss resulting from inaccurate or delayed information in the app.
You retain ownership of the receipt photos and data you upload. By using Receeve, you grant us the right to store and process that content solely to provide the app's functionality to you.
Receeve relies on third-party services (including cloud storage and AI processing providers) to function. We aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers, though we'll do our best to keep the app working reliably.
Receeve is currently free to use. We may introduce optional paid subscription tiers in the future; if we do, pricing and features will be made clear before you're asked to pay.
Receeve is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scanned data will always be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Receeve and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed refunds or return windows.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
